Use the "Buddy Check" process for introducing mental health and connection in your team environment. 

  • Buddy Check resources (poster, introduction, Coaches' Chat) to start the conversation in your dressing room
  • Encourage peer leadership and connection regarding "checking in" on one another's mental health and well-being as part of being a caring and responsible teammate
