CVMHA is a nonprofit corporation registered in British Columbia under the Societies Act. CVMHA operates in accordance the Societies Act, the CVMHA Constitution & Bylaws, and the CVMHA Policy Manual.
Additionally, CVMHA is subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of Hockey Canada, BC Hockey, and Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association (VIAHA).
